I was approved for UPPER DENTURE - RESIN BASE on 09/13/18. Never can get these people on the phone. I was given a phone ex number for dental. waste of time - never answer. They just refer you back to 554-4400. Robert Clark. 2124 State Route 21, Canandaigua, NY.
