Our family has been going to Central Suffolk for over 10 years. Unfortunately we’ve lost respect and confidence in the practice to provide professional and unbiased treatment to it’s patients. The office manager should be immediately replaced if her actions do not reflect the climate of the overall practice. If not I highly recommend you do your due diligence and find another dental practice that will provide professional and an unbiased and professional dental experience.

Excellent dentist. Terrific staff. They work with all dental insurance including Met Life, Local 3-The Electrical Industry, Delta Dental.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely clean it is. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The dentists and staff are really great, caring and professional.
I would highly recommend.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
