I was in terrible pain and they refused to prescribe any pain meds stronger than tylenol 3 after an excruciating toothache and some sort of cleaning to get food lodged out from between two teeth,

The receptionist actually said they felt I was displaying the signs a drug abuser because I wasn't sure which pharmacy they should call (I was actually trying to figure out which I would be closer to later)

The icing on the cake was when I asked the receptionist what the doctor suggested for the pain until/if the antibiotics work, she said "Dr. Summerville is not here to treat pain. He is here to solve your problem". Errrr....last I checked doctors do BOTH LOL.

They barely gave me any information at all. They always say they will check up on you but they never do so.I did not have any problems with my teeths back in Oct 11 ( went for cleaning) , I have been dealing with dental issues since I went there. They rip you off, do something but they charge you extra; in my case they said 4 feelings needed and charge me for 6 fillings. I ended up getting a filling done without getting numb because he could not get me numb. Do not go there

Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off.
