Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

As I’ve reported elsewhere, even if you reside or work upwards of 50 miles from this practice, look no further. Second-generation practice with state-of-the-art facilities, located in lovely Pittsford NY (ten minutes from Exit 45 on the Thruway — take I-490 to exit 25). Family and child-friendly. Many payment/insurance plans accepted.
