They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
