I started out loving them until I really needed help as I was in a lot of pain. They were nasty and unhelpful while I was waiting to get approved by insurance. I went to a new DDS and got it done immediately...Amazing how that works...this DDS office is horrible...don't bother!

I have been seeong this dentist for years and was never overly impressed. I have had multiple appointments cancelled on me by the staff to then be given a hard time making a new appointment. Today was the last straw, I was running a few minutes late for my cleaning appointment. A very rude unprofessional person from the office called to tell me not to come because the hygenist had other patients and would not have time for my appointment. At this point hung up on the receptionist, as I said she was rude and I had already had similar problems with this office in the past. The receptionist then called me back because I "needed to listen to her explain somethings to me." When I said there's nothing to explain, you told me not to come in and I don't appreciate her condescending tone she hung up on me. I was late yes, so shame on me, but i was within the grace period most places offer. he dentist is fine its some of the poorly trained staff that really seem to be the problem. I will not be back.

Not ONLY did Dr. Andrea Botar's practice serve me a botched root canal - I just found out that the filling they gave my son's molar a year ago was drilled so deep to the nerve he may now need a root canal....DO NOT....I repeat DO NOT use this PRACTICE!!!

I saw Doctor Dolores today who works at Dr Weiss's office. She was rude and made no eye contact. During the cleaning/check up she was aggressive and caused me more pain than Ive ever hard at a cleaning. My gums were literally bleeding and in pain. She kept offering something called asterin which I'm pretty sure they are paid to endorse. They were posters of this product everywhere and Doctor Botor mentioned "pseudopockets" which apparently this product is supposed to treat. Pseudo means fake so I'm assuming that I didn't even have these pockets that they wanted to treat. After they found out my health insurance and dental insurance didn't cover these products they just told me I would be fine if I floss well.They doctor gave me a colgate bag with a toothbrush and some mini toothpaste and I left completely unsatisfied and feeling like a fool. When you are searching for a dentist you do not want one that is only trying to make money. These dentists will steal and steal from you and give you bad dental care. Worse care for you means more money for them.These dentists are rude, greedy, and will not treat you with respect.
