After not seeing the dentist for over 20 years I finally met Dr. Cho. He is a great dentist and most importantly honest. I had a very bad experience when I was younger and he took me away from all my fears. I have gotten root canals and crowns done with no pain. I will keep coming back and wherever he goes so will I.

PATIENT BEWARE!!!

The practice recently took on a new doctor with shady practices. After going here for years, I am just now having an extremely difficult time getting my money reimbursed from an insurance claim. I paid up front for a regular checkup and was assured that I would be refunded as soon as my insurance pays. Well, its been over 6 months and three phone calls to the office and I still don't have my refund. To boot, Jennifer, the person in charge of billing, refuses to let me speak to my dentist about this financial matter. How very unprofessional!!! I am left with no choice but to put in a credit card dispute and file a claim with BBB. So frustrating, and now I have to hunt for a new dentist because although I liked Dr. Bruce Eisenberg, I sure am not coming back to this place!!!
