I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Freedman and his staff! They are extremely professional and really care about their patients' well being. Working with Dr. Freedman and his staff is always a pleasant experience.

I never looked forward to going to the dentist until I made an appointment at this office. Dr. Freedman is very knowledgeable and has a kind and caring bedside manner. He listens to your concerns and makes you feel at ease. His staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant as well. You can tell they are genuinely concerned about your well being. I would highly recommend Dr. Freedman and his staff to all of my family and friends as their family dentist. Very satisfied with the care I was given.

I called the office with an emergency and the receptionist was helpful with getting me a same day appointment. When I went in for the appointment that day I was taken in for x-rays and the doctor came in and evaluated me. I was in pain, but unfortunately financially limited to what I could afford. The doctor was patient with me, discussing my options and was able to get me out of pain the same day. I was so grateful for the care I received and would recommend Ideal Dental to my family and friends

I visited this dentist approximately two years ago. They started a root canal for which I was in a lot of pain. The woman doing the root canal kept drilling even though I said to her repeatly it was not numb enough and I could still feel it. She them assumed it was not worth saving the tooth and took a pair of pliers to pull the tooth out. The tooth would not budge. I could not even close my mouth because the top tooth would hit the tooth where they had started the root canal. It was painful. She then decided to shave the tooth down where the root canal was started and place some plaster to keep food out. I left and had the insurance company send me for a second opinion. This other dentist told me the root canal was clean and there was no need for it to be drilled any further.
I'm scared and have not completed the crowning of this tooth. The insurance company only deals with this Ideal Dentistry in Babylon. I will not go back. And yes! The equipment is antiquated. No modern equipment to include the tools. It appear to be from the Stone Age.

Know I need to go to another dentist and I'm scared.
