All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Dr. Lee is unpleasant, rude & condescending. I needed a wisdom tooth extraction & he began the surgery even though I TOLD HIM that the novocaine wasn't working yet & I could feel sharp pain. He got annoyed and raised his voice at me when I continued to insist that I could feel everything. My lips and cheek were only slightly tingling, but I could still feel it when I pressed my fingers to them. Finally, he stopped & gave me additional novocaine but he had a real attitude about it. I asked a question, and he flounced out of the room like a drama queen. I started to cry, and his nurse said "That's just how he is." I don't know why I stayed & let him finish the surgery. I should have walked out or gotten another doctor. Or a LAWYER. Advanced Dental has lost my future business due to this jerk.
