Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia
Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted?
Not at all, they fell off almost as soon as I walked out the door
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

From my very first visit I was comfortable and knew this was the place for me. I've never been to an office where every employee is warm and friendly (especially Rosemary!). I see Dr. Feldman and he is amazing. I recall one time I called after hours with terrible pain and he was still at the office. He not only picked up the phone and answered but called in a prescription for me. He could easily have let me wait until the next day but he said he heard my message and couldn't let me suffer. I know it's strange, but I always look forward to my next visit!

I love when I leave the dentist and I'm able to feel how much cleaner my mouth is, and I definitely felt that after my appointment here. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

Dr. Feldman and Dr. Kessler of the Dental Office go above and beyond what is necessary when dealing with their patients. My 11 year old son was hit in the face with a baseball one Thursday evening, and we called Dr. Feldman. He met us at his office, and soon recognized that we would need an oral surgeon to work on our son. He spent about an hour and a half making phone calls on our behalf to see if he could find an oral surgeon willing to help us. He did eventually find one. Dr. Feldman then waited for the surgeon at his office and assisted him with the necessary treatment of our son. He was with us for 3 or 4 hours that night, and was extremely patient, and concerned for my son's well being. When my son was seen at his office for a follow up the next week, Dr. Feldman informed us that he would not be charging us anything for the emergency visit. My son has since been seen by Dr. Kessler also related to this injury, and he has not charged for his work either. What a blessing in today's society to have someone actually care about the patient instead of the finances! Bravo to the Dental Office, I would recommend them highly! Thank you so much doctors.
