They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident . The office was very easy to locate.
I HIGHLY recommend Pearl Dental to anyone looking for a GREAT DENTIST!!

I LOVE GOING TO THE DENTIST NOW:))

The office manager and receptionist are incredibly rude, failed to acknowledge my entrance into the office. I had to wait over 1 hour after my appointment time to even get into the dentist room and then another 15-20 minutes before I was seen by the xray technician who immediately took xrays of my molars before i could respond. What was worse is that the OFFICE MANAGER (likely a woman with a community college degree at best) saw that I had not had xrays for over a year and told the technician to take ANOTHER set. When I asked why I was being subject to a second round of radiation and office manager told me "don't worry - it's covered by your insurance". It was a good 2 hours after my appointment time before I saw an actual dentist and he made no apologies or acknowledgment of my long wait. Terrible experience, exemplifies dentists are money grubers rather than health care workers. Insulting.

They wanted to force me to have an implant because they have an implant service. I went to 3 other dentists to have opinions and ALL of them said the only thing they wanted was to steal me money ! Will never go back and would not recommend to anyone !!
