Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
