I was treated unprofessional by dr Duggal and his billing rep. leslie. I came in as a NEW PATIENT on 10-16-2016 for bottom dentures. they said my ins would not pay for exrays,because I had them in july. well I am covered as a new patient because I called my ins.rep no apology from the office.when I asked leslie what happened she rolled her eyes at me and complained to dr Duggal that I was agitated. well I should be lost a days pay and gas for this visit. then they tell me too come back in three weeks.SHAME on you that you treat people on Medicaid this way. I fell you acted unprofessional

I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The office was easy enough to find. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
