Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable?
Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

Yes! It was effortless!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home?
Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection

They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
