Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. As the saying goes, both dentists have great seat side manners!

They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me
