No one looks forward to a root canal. Dr. Milne was extremely helpful and truly made the experience painless. I can't say enough about his staff, they were very professional and helped with any insurance paperwork. I have referred other members of my family as well as friends who need such treatment.

I have had 2 root canals at this office and definitely recommend Dr Milne. He is caring, professional, and has excellent credentials from Columbia as an endodontist. I had been going to a local dentist for multiple uncomfortable visits for a root canal, and the pain was getting worse.

One visit to Dr Milne, and I was amazed .. it was like night and day. As soon as I called for an appointment, the staff put me at ease. The procedure was fast and totally pain-free .. and years later, the tooth is still fine. Plus, they follow all the latest high-tech procedures to ensure a good outcome.

It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
