We had a substantial disagreement about the Doctor's billing practice. We didn't feel that the office manager provided sufficient and satisfactory customer service, and reasonable feedback to their lack of courtesy. Therefore we repetively asked to speak to Dr. Pai. The reason for speaking to Dr. Pai was due to the fact that to any request of clarification that we made, the office manager answered: "I spoke to the Dr., that's it." We would expect, at least as a matter of courtesy, to speak to the Dr. who plainly ignored us (maybe he was never told about us, who knows). The entire ordeal left us extremely disappointed, considering that Dr. Pai made about $1,000 for 15 minutes of his time each time he saw us (twice). He could have extended the courtesy to return our calls.
