Today I had my first appointment at this office. I was very nervous as I have had very little dental care in the past due to my family financial situations and have not taken care of my teeth as well as I should have. Since I recently have a new job with insurance, I have wanted to take better care of my oral health and a coworker of mine recommended this office. I wanted somewhere that was welcoming, non-judgemental, and friendly. Diane Downton's office was all of those things and BEYOND it. I have never felt so comfortable and cared for in a dental office in my life. I was very embarrassed and nervous and Megan (the dental hygienist) was beyond kind and reassured me that it is all okay. She was very friendly and did a great job educating me and explaining everything. When I met Dr. Downton, she was so happy and kind to me. It was an overall incredible experience and I hope to stay with them for all my years to come, and will recommend them to everyone who is looking for outstanding dental care and a place that will make you feel welcomed.

The entire staff were so well suited to a holistic approach. I felt completely at ease.

Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home
