This place sucks they are rude and unprofessional I have gone to this office 3 times each time is was the same. On my last visit the dentist didn't want to put my crown back in he only tried for 30 seconds then he said it wouldn't go back in I made him try again he did it but I had to argue with him he did get it back but it took him a while. Then I got a cleaning that's when the real trouble started the lady tore my gums apart. Three days after I got an infection in one of my teeth. I went back to the office and they told me there was no one to look at me. They said call the emergency # so I did no one has called me back. I had to go to another dentist to get this treated. Still in a lot of pain from this infection. I will never go back to this place again they are a bunch of hacks.

I was a customer at the Hicksville location for an year and will never go back again. These people just don't care abt customers & treat them disrespectfully at their will without any accountability. They cancelled my appointment when I got to the office even after I had informed them on the phone one day before that I will be coming 30 mins late. Same girl I had talked on the phone acted as if I made a mistake. Even when I tried talking to one senior i.e. doctor in-charge, she acted same way without even acknowledging their mistake. Making me feel like a throwaway commodity.

If you are looking to be treated respectfully and professionally with a good service definitely avoid this place.

No gimmicks - Real experience.

Their staff was friendly enough, but I was left waiting on both of my visits. I had so much medication that I was not feeling well for the remainder of the day (my appt. was in the morning ). The next day I was still in great pain. On day three (Wednesday) my tooth broke which was just repaired on Monday. I had just become able to start eating a little.
