I had called to schedule appointment and found a very rude from desk female names 'Amy'. She started with we don;t have any appointments and will talk rudely. I have accent so she kept trying to disrespect me. I seems like these people are racist and rude or they have a bad front desk person who is spoiling the image of whole organization. I asked my friend to call up and he was given the same treatment. Good luck with treating people bad and with racism in modern days.

I started using this dental office about a year ago after moving to the Hicksville area. To say that I have been dissatisfied with their service and the quality of their work would be an understatement. Appointments are rarely seen on time as you usually have to wait a good half hour past your scheduled time. While the doctor is friendly enough, I have to question his competence as I have had simple fillings fall completely apart after 6 months on two separate occasions, both leaving rather large exposed and jagged surfaces in my mouth. On neither occasion was I even given the courtesy of some priority treatment to repair his shoddy work. The office manager and staff are inattentive, often rude and act like they could care less about your pain or discomfort. Do yourself and your family a favor and Look For Another Dental Provider.
