This was my son's first dental appointment and we were very satisfied with Just 4 Me. We dealt with Carol and Dr. Marti. Carol was a delight and was very patient with my wiggly preschooler.

The office was fantastic. They have video games, toys and a brightly colored waiting area. And a Cars themed bathroom that my on loved! :0)

I was very pleased and we will remain with Just 4 Me.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The office was very easy to locate and My children love it there, Dr Marti and her team are wonderful people and they make the children feel so comfortable.
