Absolutely not, I don't even think they brushed their teeth

Somewhat. It was a little excessive.

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

Not at all, they rushed me out the door

No, it was rather cramped

Kind of, I was hoping for a more thorough cleaning

No, there was no annoying music

They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I am the kind of person that needs dental work all the time. i didnt like going to this office bc of many reason. I had to go there because they take my insurance, it was necesity not by choice. one of them was because the receptionist had no idea about my insurance coverage and it would take months before i heard if insurance covered my work.
i was in not too long ago and the new staff and the new manager are so on point with everything. it looks cleaner, more organized and more important i dont have to wait months to start my work. Even though the new manager is young you can tell she has a lot of experience. my insurance didnt cover 100%, the way she explained why it was important to get it done even though i had to pay, it was excellent. I am glad i didnt have to find another dentist. Vivian is the best, from the time you come in until you are done with the work the manager and the dr make u feel comfortable.
