I am incredibly pleased with Dr. Faltisco and his staff. They were kind, patient, and gentle. They got me an appointment right away and went out of their way to make sure I had a hygienist who was gentle, as I have a fear of dentists. I had two small cavities and was nervous to the point of tears to go in for fillings, but other than the numbing shot, I didn't feel a thing. It was better than no pain, I literally didn't feel it! And the entire appointment took only half an hour. Despite being so fast, we were never rushed. Dr. Faltisco even took breaks so I could swallow, rinse, or just rest if I wanted to. I cannot say enough great things about this practice!!

This office is awesome!! I broke a tooth. I went to a large dental office in Dunkirk and left very depressed with a huge several thousand dollar needed plan. I went here for a second opinion. Not only did the doctor fix my tooth on the spot, but I also got a cleaning- and my entire bill was only around $200. I was thrilled. The staff was super nice and went out of there way to help me. All my friends now go there. I don't normally post things on the net, but needed to say thank you to a great group of people.

This dentist bought out Dr. Kozlowski's practice. The problem with this dentist is that they repeatedly put you with another hygienist than the one you booked with. They have a foreign woman who is rough and has poor bedside manor. The dentist is young and nice, but the office nickles and dimes you to death. They charged me $109 to confirm that my tooth was broken and that I needed a crown. A crown costs $725 plus the original $109 and an additional $120 or more to install. When I asked if they would absorb the original $109 if I got the work done with them right away, they said no. While I was waiting for their NO, I was charged a $10.00 late fee on my bill. This dentist is very $$$ hungry, unlike his predecessor.
