I would highly recommend this dental practice and their staff. Dr Lucia knows dentistry well and does excellent work. They are a small office with a friendly staff that takes good care of you.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
