It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I went there to have my teeth examined, and instead they barely even looked at my teeth. I had barely opened my mouth when they told me they were finished examining them. I'm afraid they might have missed a few cavities. Normally when I visit the dentist, I would expect to be able to tell that the dentist practiced good oral hygiene, but I definitely didn't see that here. I don't think they even brushed their teeth, it was gross. They recommended a whole bunch of dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary, even after I told them I wasn't interested. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.This dentist did not sterilize anything and there was dry blood on one of his tools.

Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks

My husband was extremely dissatisfied with this dentist. The first question upon entering the room was what insurance do we have. He did not even introduce himself to my husband, who was a first time patient. The dentist seemed only concerned about insurance and money. He barely took the time to check his teeth carefully and had a bad attitude and terrible beside manner the entire time. We will never go back.
