We have been going to this dentist for a long time (about 18 yrs.) My family is mostly satisfied with their service. Their offices are quite convenient, although sometimes their hours of service are not; but so far we have had no emergencies that required immediate care so this has not been too much of an issue. They have answered most of our questions when more complicated procedure were needed, but I had to make sure I knew what the right questions to ask were, in order to feel I was getting a complete picture of the treatment required. Their staff is friendly and professional. We have been mostly satisfied with our visits, although the pain of some of the procedures have lasted quite a long time. My husband has had pain from some of his filling for up to 8 months (is this normal?--they say yes, but ...so long???) The offices always appear clean, so I have to trust that sterilization methods are being followed.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. Darlene is the first person you see when you walk in and she is like family, stern when need be but warm and friendly always. This dentist is not even in our dental plan and we would not change ever, he is so personable and has a great sense of humor.
Easy to find the office and worth the find!

I have gone to this dentist since I was in High School. I am now 50. I had to have many fillings as a child and they have lasted since. We are replacing them now as needed. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
