I wish I could leave 0 stars, our first visit went ok, then they sent me an email confirming our next appointment, so I immediately called to make them aware that my family would not be able to make our appointment and that I would like to reschedule, I ended up speaking to their front office manager Christine who gave me a hard time the whole phone call like the cancellation was prohibited! I ended up rescheduling the appts for myself and my daughter and told her I would have my wife call when she woke up. Approximately an hour or 2 later I called back only to be put on PERMA-HOLD by her for about 30 minutes, I then called from my wifes phone while still listening to the "Better Smile" answering tune on my phone, when she answered this time, I asked her how long of a hold is too EXCESSIVE?? She then got an attitude after leaving me on hold and started talking like it was her practice, at which point told me she was done and hung up the phone. I said ok, and my wife called back the next day to re-schedule her APPT and then she told her that we were no longer welcome and would be receiving a letter in the mail. I highly recommend taking your family somewhere else to a place that is a little more friendly!

I have been going to Better Smile for years. Today, I had a cracked tooth repaired & the dentist went over & beyond to save it. I highly recommend this practice. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. The dental hygienist is excellent as well.

The Staff Was Great, however the dentist at this office have a real problem with people skills, common sense and knowledge. The dentist botched a root canal, incorrectly installed the crown (extremely crooked) that caused so much pain I tried to rip the tooth out myself. When I made an appointment to get it looked at, they told me it was fine and the pain would go away (even though his assistant said the crown was on wrong) after three visits I went to an Oral Surgeon that told me the original dentist didn't finish the root canal because he was not capable of doing so. He then drilled through the crown and fixed the issue (thank you) Now the original dentist that messed everything up wants me to pay for the original crown that had to be damaged to re-do his work. Lawyers are involved at this point and now Better Smiles has been calling and harassing me and my family as well as having some low life debt collector (who wont leave his name) call and harass me! I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy!!! Completely Unsatisfied

Do not go to this dentist! My entire family (me, wife, and both of my parents) did and have not nothing but problems. Dr. Riad's work is terrible. My new dentist is making a fortune fixing every filing he did. I had a tooth I couldn't get cold liquids on for almost 2 years after he did a filing and then went back and replaced it. My wife is now being treated for a tooth infection that she will have to see a specialist for after our new dentist found he left part of a TOOL in her mouth after a root canal. During the time we were patients of better smile, we would get estimates for crowns and caps from our insurance company of work that he wanted to do. Our new dentist doesn't think we need anything done except fix the sloppy work in our mouths. Don't let the nice office and friendly staff fool you- Dr. Riad is only out to make a buck off you!

I had to do 2 root canals after I got 2 feelings at this office. Of course, I went to another dentist to fix the work that was done at this office. They were cold and not friendly enough. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were downright horrible.

They scam people. They offer affordable plan for $19 a month in order to get discounted price so after the work was done they told me it has to be paid upfront for the whole year but the brochure they gave me doesn't say anywhere that it has to be paid upfront so when i questioned the office manager was rude and told me i can pay now and they will send me to collection! Also, the dental work was done not in my satisfaction. Very disappointing.They are rude and unfriendly. I don't feel very confident that my provider will see my problems through until they're resolved. The dentist wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I probably wouldn't take kids here.
