I was so excited to take my 3 year old for her very first appointment & I was given great recommendations for this office. I took a day off from work, I arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment with two children age 3 and 9 months old. I walked up to front desk and gave my daughters name. She could not find in mean time my daughter is being impatient as a three year old would do. The lady at the front desk told me that they attempted to contact me three times and I did not respond to the phone call so they cancelled my appointment. I confirmed with them the number they had in the system and they put it in incorrectly. They would not give me my appointment back. I explained it was not my fault and that I took a day off from work and took two small children out and hyped up the appointment for my daughter because she was so young and all she could do was reschedule. 1:30 sound ok. I said do you think she can wait. No remorse, she then said do you want to reschedule now. TERRIBLE!
