I have been going to Dr. John since I was a small child - almost 40 years! I would not even dream of going to another dentist! He treats me like family and I know he genuinely cares. You can't learn to do that - that is his nature! Absolutely wonderful staff also - I look forward to seeing them every 6 months!

I had veneers "installed" quite some time ago by John Sr. The color and size were very poor. We told him that we were not happy and he agreed to re-do them. After pulling them out using a savage, spring loaded "snap puller" I got a fear of dentists that would last a life time. I remember seeing my mother cower in the corner at the sight of blood pouring from my mouth. I also remember that it took all of his weight to snap the spring into place for another cruel attempt of removing the veneer. The second set looked almost as bad as the first. I lived with them because I didn't want to go through the removal process again. 20 years later I am finally getting them corrected. Avoid this hack job at all costs. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, I The office was easy enough to find. I was never 100% satisfied with the implants. This weekend my implanted teeth got very loose and i am unable to reach the office by phone (3-26-12). please respond by calling me at 818-8332.

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
