They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of.
