I was not satisfied with my visit... not much was accomplished and I felt confused and uneasy upon leaving. I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly. Their staff isn't organized at all. I didn't even get a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I arrived on time and there were two people in the waiting room. I signed in, gave insurance card and completed paperwork. I expected to wait for about one hour, being that this was the first visit for myself and my child. However, I ended up wating for over an hour and a half. People who came after me, went into the dentist and left. I was fed up at this point and asked for all my paper work and my insurance card back. The staff did not care or ask why I wanted to leave. This doesn't seem like a prcatice that values people. There was little to no communication about what was going on during my wait time and they only seemed interested in the insurance and method of payment. I have a flexible spending account, care credit , cash and credit cards. My son didn't have dental insurance at the time and I think when they saw this, they were not interested in attending to me. I was very disapponited with the customer service. Needless to say I would not recommend this place.
