I visited dr g in his new office and It is supper modern. Very clean and top notch. I been a patient for over 10 years and I will always be a patient of dr Ghannoum and follow him to wherever he practices. Great confidant doctor. Passionate and painless. Lovely staff. Thank you for your services.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Dr. Ghannoum had an outburst after a cap that he placed in my mouth previously, became dislodged. I informed him that I am uninsured at this point and he stated he would waive the office visit fee however he did not ask me if I can afford a recementing of that particular tooth and an xray so he proceeded to do this even though he is technically responsible for the dislodging since he failed to secure it properly the initial time. I could not afford to pay the $70 and Ghannoum snapped angrily at me when I explained to him I was under the impression this was a follow up due to his negligence in the first place with respect to the tooth. He is completely unprofessional.

Dr. Ghannoum has been my dentist since I was 5 years old, and I have always had a wonderful experience when I visit his office. I'm disappointed that I'm going to college in Pennsylvania and won't have him as my dentist any more! Him and his staff are very professional, always on time, and always make me feel welcome. They calm my fears, and answer all my questions for whatever procedure I undergo and I have never had difficulty finding his office. He is an asset to our community, and I will continue seeing Dr. Ghannoum.
