I would NEVER have imagined that this practice would still be operating after the services I received and observed. The most unreasonable staff and most especially Dr. Bijoor who was so obnoxious with her staff I am surprised she even has any. This is the most poorly run, poorly staffed, poorly operated practice in my experience. Unfriendly, argumentative, billing is never correct and always unclear, scheduling is terrible and the office always seems to be running in a million different directions. Not only would I never recommend this practice to anyone I know, I would also advise anyone looking for employment to steer clear. Dr. Bijoor should be shut down! A girlfriend of mine received a bill and had called to question it, they screamed and yelled and demanded money and I could'nt believe it! It was only after my own experience that I agree that this office is ridiculous and an embrassment to the few good doctors that are employed there and to the community! Shame on you Dr. Bijoor, give up your license to practice!!!!!

They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just talked over me in a condescending manner. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. My son gagged many times over because he wasn't able to rinse his mouth during his procedure. They billed me incorrectly and were unwilling admit their error.

Very nice clinic; efficient scheduling- in fact her office will hound you until you set up an appointment.

However she likely performs procedures that are not required, is not upfront about what is covered, pushes laser procedures, behaves like she has never seen a child act-up when she has to keep her mouth open, and you will always end up with a bill out of pocket of $$500-700$$ - for the 40 minutes she spent with your child. Would not trust her since none of the other children we know have had so many "issues" that need to be attended to at this age, and either she is the most careful dentist on the planet, or is scamming her patients

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
