My wife and sons all had work done at Oral Surgery Associates by Dr. Poore. We thought a lot of Dr. Poore, but the way we were treated by the office staff was totally unacceptable. We were owed $95 from them for an insurance payment last summer and it took seven months to finally get a check from them. My wife would call and be told the office manager/book keeper was not there. When the bookkeeper was there, she was told that they did not receive the check. The insurance company had to step in and call to get the refund processed. Then once it was processed, the office mailed the check to the wrong address after my wife was assured that they had the correct address. When my wife called to check on the refund, she was told the person in charge was not there. This was a bold faced lie because after she persisted (and was treated rudely by the person that answered the phone), the person in charge was put on the phone. You might want to think twice before doing business with these people.
