Outdated office equipment and an unfriendly staff is not the worst part of this office. The dentist must be blind because he put A3 bonded ( white filling) on my front teeth that are (a1 in color as I was told by the dentist who replaced the one he put in. When I told him about the big color difference he told me he doesn't have have any thing lighter & told me that they will call me back when the light one cames in I never got a call.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. The Dr put the wrong color dental bonding on my chipped tooth and after I said something He told me that he didn't have my color and would order it and that he would call me when It came in. I called a month later and his staff was very rude and told me that it was not in yet. I never received a call it's been a year in a half.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction.
