The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.

They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
