When I first went in for my consult, I was suprised at how informative and thorough Dr. Chen and her staff are about the process and answering questions. They present all options and recommend what they think is best. They do not pressure you into decisions and respect the decision you make. I had to get braces and have been a customer of Significance Dental for 5 months now and I highly recommend them to everyone. I had an issue with one of my braces and called Dr. Chen on her cell phone over the weekend. My call was returned shortly, which was amazing in it's self. They really care about their customers. They have an array of beverages for customers during their short wait, if any, before being seen. Also, the have toothbrush and mouthwash available if you didn't get a chance to brush your teeth before visiting. For everyone that gets braces, they give you a home kit that has everything you need to take care of your braces at home. I have been absolutely amazed and satisified with my experience with Dr. Chen.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Dr. Chen is "the shiznit"... :D

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They had before-and-after pictures displayed on the walls in the office so that everyone could see their past work.

Dr. Chen is very nice and patient with my daughter. Everyone there is very nice and helpful.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes! They had some of the most flexible financing options I've ever seen

I love the staff. They would always make me smile :) Having braces was kinda fun having them and now I wear retainers :D Had a great experience with them and I will miss them!
