The water they used to rinse my teeth during my cleaning was a little cold. They do such a great job of not overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. The dentist himself is the nicest person on staff. The ladies are always nice and helpful, but there is confusion with billing and scheduling on a rare occasion. Most importantly, my kids LOVE this dentist :)

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

We had made an appointment for our 2 year old to have his very first dentist appointment. The appointment was made 2 months in advance. So the day comes and we are there ten minutes early. Since my son was sleeping in the car, I left him with my husband while I went to check in and fill out the paperwork. The lady at the front desk said I could go and get him...I am assuming since it is now our appointment time that we will be seen.....15 minutes pass and I watch two families come in with 9:30 appointments(they are late) go right in. I go ask the lady at the desk if I am mistaken and our appointment is not actually at 9:30. She says it is but since we are a new patient they like to have the rooms nice and quiet for a first time visit...OK no problem...still waiting and it is now almost 10:00 and I witness two more patients be taken in right away. I again approach the girl and she says oh we already have another new patient in the back so it will be a bit longer. At that point I decide to leave and let her know we will not be coming back....I understand waiting but watching everyone else go in when they first arrive is unacceptable when I was early to our appointment. She made no effort to even try to get us back into a treatment room...Super bad customer service...and she didn't say a word when we left. Needless to say, I will be looking for another dentist for my little one.
