My family and I are not happy at all with this dentist. We had been going to another dentist for over 20 years, but my insurance changed and they didn't accept the new provider, so we had to find another dentist. At the old dentist, we had the same hygienist each time. At Silverado, I guess there are several hygienists as we've seen different people each time. I guess we could request a specific hygienist, but it really doesn't matter because none of them has been very good. They barely clean your teeth, not much more than could be done with my own fingernail. None have been very personable, either. At my first visit, the only thing she said to me was "Tilt your head back" several times with each time getting more annoyed. The dentist wasn't any better. He said hello to me and then conversed with the hygienist the entire time about the vacation he just came back from. This has pretty much been the routine with each subsequent visit. Nothing friendly at all about this office. I'm used to getting thorough cleanings and careful examinations, neither of which we receive here. There is nothing to like or recommend about this office. My family and I feel more like a number than a valued patient. We've given this office several chances and it hasn't gotten any better, so I guess we'll have to start looking for another dentist.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
