I am 24 years old. Had to get 3 wisdom teeth plus another back moler removed at one time. I am terrified of the dentist let alone dental surgery. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They made sure I was informed of what they were doing, it made me feel pretty comfortable. That night one of my stitches came out and has caused me a great deal of pain still haven't eaten but they had an after hours phone line and the surgeon actually called me back that night and answered my questions. He's seeing me first thing today to check my stitch! I would recommend this location!

If you have to see a dentist this is the place for you. If you are in pain and scared this is the office you want to go to. They are GREAT! from the time the answer the phone they are friendly and understanding. I chipped my tooth news years eve and thought all my new years plans were cancelled. I called the office thinking that they would schedule me for after the first, but they said to come right in and they would work me into the schedule I did have to wait to be seen about an hour. Once I was in the back Dr.Han was so sweet he explained all my options, Holly came in and discussed cost and insurance in a way that I could understand once all that was squared away I thought for sure I would have to schedule to have the treatment done. But Dr.Han said that he would do treatment that same day. I was so happy A little sore but at least I didn't have to ring in the new year toothless.... Thanks so much to the Doctor and staff .

I wish I could give it ZERO stars. Had root canal done and my face blew up bad;. The doctor that did it, DR. LEE was never in and Sandra repeatedly asked for $75 to be seen again. Makes no sense since it would be a follow-up to a prodecure that they messed up badly. SANDRA, the front desk person cares of nothing but money and charging you whatever she can. She would not even try to contact DR. Lee for me and try to get me meds. The very day before the other lady had no issue contacting the doctor for penicillin meds. But Sandra is different. Basically, sent me on my way because I refused to pay that absurd fee....She is a downright evil person who should not be in the customer service field at all. I believe she is there only on weekends; AVOID her at all costs. The place would be MUCH better off without her in it....

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Completely!

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
