They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. My teeth cleaning was extremely rushed. My teeth were still very dirty when I left. My mouth felt disgusting when I left my appointment. It actually felt dirtier than it did when I arrived. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience.
