I am pleased to write what I think of Dr. Dean Webber and his staff. I have now been a patient of Dr. Dean Webber a couple years. Prior to that I had spent a few confounding and frustrating years trying, unsuccessfully until Dr. Webber and his staff, to find a dentist and staff who are professional, clean, up-to-date, courteous, kind, posted my payments, treated me with honor, were accommodating to my disabilities, and were respectful of my time by being on time. Although Dr. Webber is some distance from my home, he and his staff are worth it. Dr. Webber's office architecture, art and music selections are outstandingly pleasant. A 21-gun salute to the office of Dean Webber, DDS. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
