STAY AWAY
These people were forcing us to have what we thought were unnecessary procedure to our 3 year old child. When we refused and wanted to have a second opinion. They resorted to harassing phone calls, threatening to call child protective services if we don't go to them.

After going to a different doctor we found out that our child did not need anything dune.

I am surprised how these people are still in business.

Showed up to my kids appointments 30 minutes prior to their appointments, I probably stood waiting for someone to attend me for 10 minutes and when they finally did I was greeted in the rudest tone it was this short black hair lady. When I would ask her a question she wouldn't look at me and would talk down to me. I sat down on the chairs near the doors where I could hear the lady that greeted me rude and this other short chubby one talking about me calling me 'dumb' They called my kids back probably 2 minutes when I turned in the paperwork where ill admit I liked that. My oldest two kids went back with these two assistants and I went back with a short hair lady with my youngest. My little one was already anxious and nervous to come to the dentist and she didn't make it any better. She was impatient with the pictures. When my little girl was having trouble understanding the assistant. She would not communicate with me or even tried talking to my daughter. My daughter had to retake her pictures cause they didn't come out twice. She kept stepping out of the room, while we were waiting for the doctor. The assistant gave me the feeling that she did not want to be in there with us. Once the doctor stepped in he right away presented to him self to me and my daughter. He joked around with her and she did great. I was told that she has 4 cavities that would need to be crowned. I asked the assistant if they were big cavities she said she didn't know that the doctor didn't say. I asked her if there was any way I could see my kids, she said 'No they should be already close to be done with them. She was not helping me at all.
She walked me back to the waiting room where I was hoping that my other two kids were doing fine. Once they called back I was shocked that my kids were smiling, I asked my 7 year old daughter if everything was okay she said yes, that she's not scared of the dentist. She even thanked the assistant. Once my boy was out, the assistant went over everything, and lead me to make the next appointments. The assistants said bye to both of us and started going her own way. My son ran towards the assistant and gave her a hug. This office needs more caring and smiling people in their front desk and happy patience assistants. I would've gave 1.5 stars but they had the nice doctor, the chubby assistant and the short assistant that must have done something good. Still debating if I should still go back to this office.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The people at Small Smiles are, BY FAR, the best medical professionals I have ever dealt with. My four-year-old was terrified of going to the dentist and had been to three other dentists who could not get her to cooperate. The dental assistants at small Smiles made the experience fun for my daughter. She went from terrified and unwilling to work with the dentist, to feeling comfortable enough to have three cavities fixed in only two visits. I would recommend this office to any parent.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy to locate.
