I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.

Run away from this dentist. Several years ago I elected to have a bridge installed after the loss of a tooth. Eighteen months later, the bridge crumbled and came loose in my mouth. The new dentist showed me that Dr. Wright had drilled straight down into the middle of a pristine abutment tooth in order to install the wire end of temporary plastic bridge The other end of the bridge got the same treatment and caused the further weakening of an already compromised molar tooth.

Normally each end of a permanent bridge would be installed to cover a the prepared teeth like a crown. She never did mention any intention of a temporary solution. I believe I was "set up".
