Today I took my son in for his first appointment. From the first time that I called the office I felt like they cared about me and my son. I was informed that I could print and fill out the new patient forms from their website www.albuquerquepediatricdental.com. After waiting for a few minutes we were taken into the back for our appointment. The nurses were very very friendly and explained everything to us as they were working. After the x-rays and cleaning Dr. Cito came in and did the exam. He was very kind and informative and gave us a referral for an orthodontist. At the end of the appointment my son left with a bag full of goodies and we happily made our next appointment in 6 months.
While I was writing this review I was shocked to read some of the other reviews. Not at all what we experienced. I am wondering if the reviews are even real. All I can say is that we had a great experience and you should go in and judge for yourself

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.
