BE PREPARED TO SPEND HOURS WAITING
Ok so my appointment was at ll30.. I showed up at 1115 and was told to wait in my car until dentist is ready to see me. I got called in at 1200 and sat in a room waiting until 1:00 and then I walked out. Why you have me waiting in my car and then call me in to wait even longer? Unfortunately, this is the second times this happened.

Worst visit ever!! 8600 Bataan Memorial, (Zip: 88011) As a parent when I call to make an appointment for my child (children), I expect to be respected when showing up not only on time but even 30 min in advance!! I do not expect that one or two appointments were cancelled!! Not only that, but how dare you tell me that PCP can cancel anytime but I need to give you advance notice. Then When I insist for my child to be seen, you say "I have to ask Dr. if he will see you...What the heck!!! We had two from my family that had scheduled appointments and we showed up 15 min prior to appt. only to hear you say we are cancelled!! Now these appointments were for cleaning teeth-you are so unorganized and impotent that you did two fillings on each when they were there for a cleaning first!! Now you scheduled one of my son's one month from today (08/02/2016) to receive another two fillings without one thought that he needs a cleaning first!! Then they had a fire drill in the middle of both my son's in chairs in different rooms-I was asked to leave because of fire drill...excuse me but one of my son's was a minor and in no way should I have ever been asked to leave his side!! I never saw any procedures done and I'm so upset when they told me, it's up to the PCP to cancel-guess what...It's up to me to choose my son's PCP!!! One sentenced I said to Doctor is "You look tired"...he had my son under for 50 min. at that point as he was still waiting for his assistant to enter my son's room cuz he new he had been waiting under too long!! Dr. ran away when I tried to speak with him. All I kept hearing is that they are under staffed!! So why do you keep booking patients if you are under staffed? I do not choose to ever use their services again because I can choose my PCP!! So sad to have services like this in Las Cruces!! If you don't like your job...leave!! My insurance company will be receiving a call from me tomorrow!!
