Sees patients in multiple offices in NYC and NJ, so he's only available a few days a month in the location you use. My overall impression is that he is in a rush-- he rushes your overall treatment and rushes you in and out of the office, and as a result, he is careless and inattentive.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
