Was recently referred to their Westwood location to get a 3rd molar extracted. Wow what a mistake, The most discourteous practice I have ever dealt with. I recently moved up in my career and got a new job. I had medical and dental coverage from day 1. However being a new hire my dental coverage did not register in the system to this provider. They had proof of my coverage but refused my procedure. When I originally scheduled the appointment the practice was aware of my situation. Now I am out of a personal day and still have not had this wisdom tooth removed. So much for the hippocratic oath, the most pushy and snooty receptionist as well. Go here if you want to be treated and mistreated simultaneously.
