(1) All of my questions were answered.
(2) Their staff is capable and professional ( but not nearly as entertaining as the staff they had 4 years ago).
(3) I was satisfied with my visit.
(4) The office was easy enough to find: that is why God filled the skies with orbiting GPS satellites.
(5) I'll definitely be going back.
(6) Overall a good experience
(7) But the magazine selection could be improved!!

I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. Whenever I've gone there, it feels like they care more about money than they do about me. They're always recommending an expensive procedure that I really don't think I need.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. Office smelled of cigerette smoke
