Frankel is rude, a bully and unpleasant in very way possible. He is also unscrupulous. He tries to force you to have cosmetic work you don't want and don't need. He repairs teeth in the most expensive way and practically calls you an idiot if you don't agree to his costly and unnecessary methods. All he cares about is profit, therefore, I don't trust anything he does or says. Uses inappropriate language.

I have been going here for 6 years. I owed $5, and was hassled almost daily until I paid it. I would never recommend that anyone goes to this dentist! They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect this provider. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. I wasn't told anything about my dental procedure. I'll have to do my own research.

Dr Jeffrey D. Frankel located on 639 Teaneck Road Teaneck NJ 07666. Unscrupulous, Bipolar, Unprofessional dentist.

Dr. Frankel's work is horrible. The remedy was worse than the disease. Moreover, he is very dishonest. He charged me certain amount that I paid at the office but then I received an unexpected huge bill by mail. The bill was 5 times bigger than the total amount he told me to pay at the office the day the service was rendered.

At the first visit he was very polite, subsequent visits he was extremely hysterical, arrogant and disrespectful. My mistake, I didn't read any review prior to setting up the appointment
